About returns
We have taken all possible measures to ensure that the product is in good condition, but in the following cases, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after the product arrives.

Please note that the local toys are handmade and hand-painted one by one, so they may not be exactly the same as the images.
Also, depending on the work, there may be paint splashes, bubbles, small holes, etc., so please be aware of this before ordering.
Vintage and used toys may be damaged. Please note that this will always be stated in the item description before ordering.
Defective products due to the above reasons will be replaced at our expense, so please inform us and send it to us. We will send you a replacement product in return. In addition, we will bear the handling fee for returns.
